Einin-no-Kane
Einin no Kane won the prestigious Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare Award at the National Confectionary Exposition Japan.
It is a richly flavored product baked with Western-style cream for the dough and purple sweet potato kneaded into the filling. It goes well not only with Japanese tea, but also with coffee and black tea.
